NexGard SPECTRA® can be used in all cats from 8 weeks of age and weighing at least 0.8 kg, including breeding, pregnant and lactating queens.
Two applicator sizes are available:
0.8 – 2.4 kg: 0.3 mL applicators
2.5 – 7.5 kg: 0.9 mL applicators
For cats over 7.5 kg, the appropriate combination of applicators can be used.
To apply NexGard SPECTRA® Spot-On for Cats
1 Use scissors to cut the blister along the dotted line, then pull the foil away.
2 Remove the applicator from the package and hold it upright.
3 Pull back the plunger slightly, twist and pull off the cap.
4 Part the hair on the midline of the neck, between the base of the skull and the shoulder blades until the skin is visible.
5 Place the tip of the applicator on the skin and apply the contents directly on the skin in one spot.
